The Thistle is a symbol of resilience & protection. It represents bravery and the ability to overcome adversity due to it's hardy nature. We think this describes us and snail mail.

Every piece is chosen with intention to feel personal, nostalgic, creative, and a little unexpected - like hearing from someone who thought of you.

Post & Thistle is for people who still love paper, meaningful details, and the quiet happiness of finding something special waiting in the mailbox!

Our Story

What to expect

Each month, subscribers receive a carefully curated envelope filled with small delights - a letter from a friend, original artwork prints or photography, paper treasures, creative activities, postcards for sending to your friends/family, recipes, stickers, fun discoveries, and other rotating surprises designed to spark curiosity and comfort.

Your envelope will be mailed out on the 5th of every month. If you sign up by the 25th of the month, your mailings start the following month. There is a chance if you sign up after the 25th that it could start the following 5th day, but not guaranteed, it may be the next month.

Some envelopes will contain the original artwork, or one-of-a-kind artwork tucked randomly inside one or more envelopes each month.

As a special treat, one randomly picked envelope will have a cash surprise - one per month. The cash amount will increase as the number of subscribers increase! Join for your chance to be the lucky one!
